Will the pandemic undo years of working to employment equality?

Here is an interesting article from the CBC describing the reasons that this impact has caused a disproportionate rate of unemployment in women, and why fewer are seeking to return to the workplace. While this is a huge step back for employment equality, it may also threaten to slow the economic recovery as our markets continue to open.
